AFS, NSCA Announce Live Streaming Partnership for SUCCEED!
(OAKLAND, CA, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, February 6, 2019) – The Association of Fitness Studios (AFS) and the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) today announced a partnership to live stream educational sessions at SUCCEED! – the first-ever major Business Convention & Expo for current and aspiring studio/gym owners. The event will be April 12-14, 2019 at Hotel Irvine, in Irvine, CA. 
NSCA, well-known as one of the leading fitness trainer certification bodies, has in recent years become the pre-eminent producer of educational event live streaming in the fitness industry.
“We recognize that hundreds, perhaps thousands of studio and small gym owners would like to attend SUCCEED!, but for one reason or another, they cannot,” said Josh Leve, AFS founder and CEO. “Live streaming provides them the opportunity to learn, enjoy, and take in specific educational sessions without leaving their businesses while also earning appropriate CEUs.”
AFS and NSCA are in the process of reviewing the entire SUCCEED! agenda to determine the most attractive seminars covering the widest range of educational concepts. In addition, NSCA will assign an appropriate continuing education unit (CEU) value for both in-person and live stream viewers.
“We believe SUCCEED! is directly hitting an incredibly important market with education that a significant number of our certified pros will find extremely interesting and valuable,” said Michael Massik, NSCA Executive Director.

In addition to cross-marketing SUCCEED! live streaming, both the NSCA and AFS will be offering and marketing special discounts to members of either organization to access the live streaming component.
