BOSU® to Host Continuing Education
Pre-Con Event at SUCCEED! 2020

 ‘Featuring BOSU® Master Trainer Greg Sellar’

 

(MINNEAPOLIS, MN, ASHLAND, OH, January 24, 2020)  – The Association of Fitness Studios (AFS) and Hedstrom Fitness today jointly announced that Hedstrom will host a BOSU® pre-Convention Education event at SUCCEED! 2020. The pre-con will feature Greg Sellar, world-renowned BOSU® master trainer, author, speaker, facilitator and coach.

The “BOSU® Next Generation Balance Training Course” will take place on April 30, 2020 at SUCCEED! 2020’s host Hotel Irvine, in Irvine, CA. The Event will be in two parts:

  • A four-hour course from 12:00-4:00pm, teaching the next generation of theory and science behind neuromotor training, with practical application to programming that is purposeful and fun using the BOSU® NexGen Pro Balance Trainer.
  • A free, one-hour Athletic Circuit Workout from 4:00-5:00pm where attendees can unleash the athlete within as they move out of their comfort zone and beyond their expectations!

While attendees to the BOSU® event need not formally attend SUCCEED!, they will be eligible for a $100 discount off normal SUCCEED! pricing, great rates at Hotel Irvine, as well as complimentary access to the SUCCEED! Expo and meals served there.

Using the updated BOSU® Exercise Library, attendees will practice all of the skills necessary to deliver two dynamic total body workouts that can be integrated into training programs or classes to clients of all fitness levels. CECs and CEUs will be available from all major certifying organizations.
