What is the Medical Fitness Network?
The Medical Fitness Network (MFN) is a free online resource directory for consumers to locate fitness & allied healthcare professionals and facilities interested in working with those with medical conditions, including but not limited to: Alzheimer’s, Arthritis, Cancer, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Heart Disease, Mental Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Pre & Postnatal Care, Respiratory Disease and Stroke.

There are approximately 100 million baby boomers (aged 50 and over) in the United States making up 30% of the nation’s population and three-fourths of its wealth.
