Sara Allen Promoted to Vice President of Business Development within the FBA
"The promotion moves Allen into the role previously held by Chuck Leve while other internal restructuring gets finalized”
(MINNEAPOLIS, MN, December 29, 2021) – The Fitness Business Association (FBA) today announced that Sara Allen will take over as Vice President of Business Development effective immediately, taking over the role previously held by the late Chuck Leve.
With extensive knowledge in sales, customer service, and operations, Allen’s expertise covers all areas necessary to assist current and new FBA sponsors and partners with a customizable plan to reach the FBA & SUCCEED! audiences and yield the highest ROI.

Allen’s move into full-time VP of Business Development opens up the door for the FBA to finalize other internal staffing changes. Tina Schultz will assume the role of Project Manager, taking over many of Allen’s previous responsibilities to ensure all Sponsor-related outreach items are continued to be tracked, implemented, and successful behind the scenes, while Liz Rodriguez has been brought on board as Video Communication Manager to ensure all sponsor related activities and the FBA brand are consistently communicated across all FBA channels.
