Early in life, Tina Schultz had a desire to pursue a career in physical therapy, but life took her in a different direction. Tina spent most of her life in the corporate IT field and eventually got burnt out.
Several years ago, Tina began a journey to improve her overall health and fitness and developed a desire to help others achieve their goals. In 2016, she became a Certified Personal Trainer, attended an Elite Training Workshop, and received her certification in Resistance Band Training. Due to her passion and love for golf, Tina wanted to further her fitness education by learning about golf fitness. In 2017, Tina received her certifications in Integrated Flexibility Training and Golf Fitness Specialist. Additionally, she is a certified Senior Fitness Specialist and has certifications in Integrated Core Training and TRX Suspension Training.
Tina knows what it’s like to be a studio owner. She owned a fitness studio with the goal of helping everyday people make small changes on a day-to-day basis to improve the overall quality of their life. Tina believes flexibility, balance, core stability, strength, power, body awareness, and even endurance are all physical traits that every person must possess in their daily activities.
