The Abs Company Announces Continuing Education Credit for BattleRope ST® System Training
CHESTER, New Jersey, November 8, 2017
The Abs Company, a leading supplier of innovative core based fitness equipment, today announced that their new continuing education courses, Introduction to Battle Rope ST®: Level One and Introduction to Battle Rope ST®: Level Two have been approved by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for continuing education credits. Trainers can now receive NASM and AFAA credit for taking the BattleRope ST® certification courses. 
The patent pending BattleRope ST® System combines Body Weight Suspension training and Battle Rope training in one workout. The system allows users to perform Standing Oscillations, Chest Fly, Knee Ins, Slams, Hi Rows and several other exercises. Six pound weighted handles allow the length of the rope to be cut in half, requiring only 10' from the attachment point. This efficient use of space allows facilities to train more people in less space.
