Global Wellness Researcher at Johnson Fitness & Wellness

Dr. Karlie Intlekofer is an advocate of healthy lifestyle choices and is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a former faculty member at the University of Vermont, she has taught neuroscience and behavior courses, and has published research articles and book chapters on the cognitive benefits of physical activity. Her passion in this field is bolstered by her experience as a coach and personal trainer, which gave her the opportunity to work with a wide range of ages and abilities. As a Global Wellness Researcher at Johnson Fitness & Wellness, Dr. Karlie integrates evidence-based practices into exercise programming and develops initiatives that support customers in reaching their health goals.
