SHIFT Formula™ was founded by two health club veterans, Barb & Charlie McDermott. Barb’s journey that would lead to the SHIFT Formula™ started when daughter Erin was diagnosed with diabetes type 1 at age 16. Despite following doctors’ orders and the general protocol for healthy living, their daughter was progressively slipping away. Taking matters into her own hands, Barb applied the science of the SHIFT Formula™ and saw immediate results. It didn’t take long for word to spread with individuals seeking Barb to help them get out of health crises including diabetes, weight issues, chronic pain and inflammation, fibromyalgia, cancer, heart disease and more.
With over 30 million diabetics in the U.S. alone, Barb recognized that one person couldn’t come close to putting a dent in this devastating disease let alone so many other life stealing, energy sapping conditions that unnecessarily plague people daily. And that’s why she recruited her husband and his marketing agency team to help SHIFT Partners around the globe spread the healing powers of the SHIFT Formula™ via an automated sales and marketing platform.
